HEADTEACHER Full-time permanent post – required for 1st January 2026 (or earlier) Salary Range: 7 - 13 Number on roll: 82 The governors are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and committed leader to maintain and develop the school’s Christian ethos. This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to further develop their leadership, experience and skills, This role also includes a teaching commitment, enabling the successful candidate to be hands-on in the delivery and development of the curriculum for Wales. Applicants will need to demonstrate: • Proven leadership skills that motivate staff and pupils to reach their full potential • Excellent communication and organisational skills • The ability to promote the Christian ethos within the school • Excellent teaching skills (the position requires a teaching commitment of 0.5) • That they have high expectations of both pupils and staff • Excellent financial management and school budgeting • Thorough knowledge of the curriculum for Wales • Excellent knowledge of the Wales ALN code and practices • Proven digital competency We would encourage all applicants to visit the school prior to application.
