About the role: The RPB Project Support Officer provides vital administrative and project support to the Powys Regional Partnership Board, assisting with coordination of meetings, events, and collaborative initiatives. About you:
-Strong organisational and administrative skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication
-Proficiency in MS Office and digital collaboration tools
-Attention to detail and commitment to quality
-Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism
-Passion for partnership working and public service delivery What you will do: -Coordinate and support regional meetings and events
-Provide admin support including minute-taking and agenda prep
-Project support including maintain records and data systems for project tracking
-Respond to enquiries and manage stakeholder communications
-Assist with planning and development of team procedures
