Welsh Language Skills are essential for this position

Full Time Permanent Teaching Post
From: Monday 1st September 2025.
(Start date could be extended to Monday 3rd November 2025
pending circumstances).
The governors of Ysgol Rhiw-Bechan are seeking to appoint an
excellent, enthusiatic and committed practitioner to join our dynamic
team in our rural dual stream primary school. The successful candidate
will be expected to teach a mixed age class (Bl 2 a 3) through the
medium of Welsh. They should be highly motivated, able to inspire
children in order to reach their full potential. Experience in leading in an
Area of Learning would be advantageous. Newly Qualified Teachers will
also be considered.
Candidates must be fluent in the medium of Welsh and should
possess excellent communication skills. Please indicate any other areas
of expertise that you may have to offer the school in your application.
