About the role: As a fully functioning member of the SLT, to contribute to the strategic direction, operational procedures and management of the school and be responsible for the development, management and operation of all the school’s business functions (e.g. financial, HR, legal, ICT, contracts, health and safety and safeguarding), systems and procedures, working within the framework and remit of the postResponsible, as non-professional lead, for all staff (teaching and non-teaching) in respect of a range of whole-school functions e.g. health and safety, financial, non-HR related contracts, tenders and agreements, safeguarding.Responsible for the development and effective use of the school site.
