About the role: 1.Post is a relief Support Worker hours are as and when requiredWorking to a six-week rolling rota subject to change to meet needs of the service.•There is a requirement to work shifts day and evenings also weekends and Bank Holidays. You will be supporting Adults who have a Learning Disability to manage their own home as to the principal responsibilities detailed in the Job description.About you: • We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude and a passion for working with people who have a Learning disability.• Be able to deliver a service that is person centred has a strong focus on positive outcomes and an increase in people’s wellbeing.• To have an outgoing and friendly attitude with a positive outlook and a desire to meet all required challenges and aspects of the role.• To be able to think outside of the box and find creative solutions.• To always embrace and deliver the corporate values in everything we do these being.
